The company has two divisions:
- The Prepaid Wireless Services Division which provides U.S and Canadian carriers with prepaid wireless services, and
- The Systems Division which sells a voice processing system with enhanced features for providing prepaid wireless, voice messaging and fax mail services to international wireless and wireline carriers.
Potentially rather risky in that it recently lost the first phase of a patent suit, and future prospects don't seem to look all that great on the legal front.
